I can get it past my thigha but sits tightly on my hips I struggled to get the zip up at the start but I buttoned it up first before zipping it up, it's quiet short it ends right under my bum if that's what you in skirts
On the hips 89-90 a little small, and at the waist 61 sits well, shorts do not shine through
